Fixed fees for divorces
For private paying clients, we charge £750 plus VAT and disbursements (including court fees) for a straight forward divorce with no financial /children issues or other complicating factors.

Private funding
For ongoing work, we will advise you on fees and provide a bill on a monthly basis, as will as giving regular costs estimates for work to be done.

These rates are exclusive of VAT and other peoples fees (Barristers, experts, etc).
As well as the charges made by this firm, incidental expenses such as court fees, travel costs etc will be added to the bill.
